As an online store, we get to ship our products directly from the manufacturer to keep our awesome prices. These locations include the United Kingdom, China and the United States.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed. After they have been processed, they can not be cancelled. If your order hasn't been processed, please contact us to ask for the cancellation of your order.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, pleasecontact uswithin 14 days of delivery and provide us with your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. All items must be in an unused condition and in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria. Non-returnable items include: items purchased through retailers, products that have been personalized, incorrect product purchase and damaged products through customer mishandling.Please note that all return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
